Attention:

Fast and keep away from children; Avoid contact with eyes and skin before curing. In case of accidental contact with skin, first scrub with soapy water or alcohol, and then rinse with clean water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water first, and seek medical advice immediately if necessary.

Tool: Pneumatic plunger caulking gun

Cleaning: Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust, grease, frost, water, dirt, old sealants and any protective coating.

Steps:

1. Cut nozzle to give the required angle and bead size

2. Pierce the membrane at the top of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle

3. Place the cartridge in an applicator gun and squeeze the trigger with equal strength

Packing:

The surface of the bonded substrate must be clean and dry without dust, oil and water stains. The bonded
substrate should be cleaned and pretreated with detergent or primer. If it is not, it may cause bonding failure. The glue shall be applied and cured according to the construction method, and the safe driving time is related to the ambient temperature and humidity.

Construction
Ambient temperature and humidity have a great impact on the surface drying and curing of glass adhesive. It
is recommended that the construction ambient temperature be 5 ~ 35 ℃, and the humidity be 50 ~ 70% RH. When the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, it is recommended to put the product in an environment of
30-40 ℃ for heating for 1H before use (the heating time cannot exceed 3H)

Storage:
Sealed and stored in a low temperature and dry place. It is recommended to store in an environment with a
temperature of 5~25 ℃ and a humidity of ≤ 50% RH.
Storage period: 9 months
